Openings--NOAH's Assistance Dogs, Crete, NE

Have you ever thought about joining the NOAH Team?  Right now there are the following openings avaliable:

Executive Director: 16-20 hrs wkly; includes fundraising, public relations/education, dog training, apprenticeship supervision and client services.

Office Manager: 16-20 hrs wkly, room for advancement; basic office; phone and email communication; skills or interest in disability services, service dog training, canine obedience, grant writing and/or non-profit management.

Trainers/Apprentices: contract basis; on-job training.

Noah’s Canine Crisis Response Team

 

Noah's team provides emergency psychological first aid to people impacted by crisis through the use of our trained volunteers and dogs. 

  1. Provide emergency psychological first aid for recovery from trauma
  2. Work as teams or as individuals to provide animal-assisted crisis response within our communities and the surrounding areas
  3. Partner with behavioral health professionals, schools, churches, and emergency response agencies in crisis response
  4. Recruit, train, and provide on-going education to human volunteers and their therapy/crisis response dogs
